Who can use BizDeck
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts are created with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, for the accuracy of your business information, and for all activity under your account.
What you can do
BizDeck lets you create invoices and receipts, manage orders and stock, view analytics, and receive orders through an AI agent linked to your social media.
Your AI agent
The AI agent chats with your customers and places orders on your behalf using the prices, products, delivery settings, and instructions you provide. You are responsible for keeping that information correct and for fulfilling the orders it takes. AI responses can contain mistakes, so review orders before you fulfil them.
Getting paid and inventory
You choose one payment method at a time. With manual payments, buyers transfer to your bank account and you confirm the payment yourself. With automatic payments, buyers pay through Paystack, a platform fee is deducted from each transaction, and confirmed payments settle to your bank account through Paystack. Stock counts and low stock alerts are a convenience feature provided on a best effort basis and are not a guarantee of availability.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in your account settings. Canceling stops the next billing cycle; it does not refund the current period. Top-up packs are one-time purchases that do not expire.
Prohibited use
- Using BizDeck for illegal goods or services.
- Submitting false orders, fraudulent payments, or misleading information.
- Trying to interfere with the app, its users, or its infrastructure.
- Reselling access to BizDeck without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
BizDeck is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ondo State, Nigeria.
