All subscription and top-up purchases made through BizDeck are final. Because our services are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling stops the next automatic renewal; it does not refund the current billing period. You will keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Top-ups
AI agent top-ups and other one-time purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account.
Billing issues
If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive the service you paid for, contact us within 14 days at support@bizdeck.io. We will review the case and may issue an account credit where appropriate.
